Over 25 miles of hike and bike trails meander in and through the gently rolling hills of Cross Creek.  Winding mostly along the water's edge, the trails border the several hundred acres of lakes on the property.  Trails also run along the newly restored Fluwellen Creek, connecting the community near the amenity center.  Families walk dogs and individuals run with comfort on the joint-friendly gravel as the breeze blows by from over the nearby water to keep things cool.

It was very important to us that we capture the spirit of what the land at Cross Creek has always been: prairie land.  That's one reason it was such a priority to reintroduce those attributes of back into the area - in some cases, those attributes that had been absent from the land for a long time.  Now, get your exercise done or stroll in our clean, crisp air, surrounded by those things we've tried so hard to bring back.
