“We’re certainly proud of what we’ve created here at Cross Creek Ranch,” notes Rob Bamford, general manager of the 1,250-acre master-planned community. “It’s always an honor to be recognized by your peers.”

The Johnson Development Corp., developer of Cross Creek Ranch won the prestigious Grand PRISM as Developer of the Year as well as a PRISM for Humanitarian of the Year. Overall, Johnson Development won nine PRISM awards, more than any other developer.

One of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, Cross Creek Ranch offers homes from the $200’s from award-winning builders presented in the Houston area’s largest model home collection with spacious, fully furnished homes by Highland Homes, Darling Homes, Lennar Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Trendmaker Homes and Village Builders.

Amenities include its signature Water Park at Adventure Island, a second resort-style pool, Flewellen Creek Park, miles of hike-and-bike trails, a spacious fitness center and sports complex with tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball and playgrounds for all ages. The community also is home to the Essence Café, the Flewellen Creek disc golf course and a one-acre Canine Commons dog park.
