Sitterle Homes offers new homes in Fulshear

Sitterle Homes announced plans to open a model garden home in Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear.

The  Imperia II plan will open on Thursday at 3 Floral Lane with a base price of $320,000. The design features three bedrooms, a covered porch, a formal dining room.

“The model reflects the Hill Country ambiance Sitterle Homes imparts to each of its designs,” said Steve Von Hofe, partner and Houston division president of Sitterle, said in an announcement. “Expansive ceilings, open entertainment areas, large bedrooms and ample closets also give our homes a sense of spaciousness.”

Sitterle Homes is offering five designs in Cross Creek Ranch, with second-story bonus space available for each. Pricing starts in the $270,000s.

Sitterle Homes recently opened a model home in Imperial, a mixed-use development in Sugar Land, where it is offering homes from about$410,000. Other builders offering lifestyle patio and garden-style homes in Imperial are Darling Homes and Partners in Building. Trendmaker Homes is building townhomes there.

The San Antonio-based builder entered the Houston market in March 2013, offering garden style homes in Riverstone.

It is building estate style homes in Roesner Woods, a 17-home enclave in Katy, with prices starting around $700,000. The neighborhood of individually gated homes on lots measuring about one-third of an acre will offer homes this fall.
