Forbes' 20 fastest growing cities has a strong Texas presence

"The culprit of the Bayou City's superlative growth is – no surprise – a fracking boom that shot Texas oil production to the highest level in decades.

Houston had the nation's highest year-over-year job growth (4.5 percent), which measures how many more jobs were added per quarter than in the same period one year prior. The oil capitol added 667,800 jobs since 2005, Forbes reports, thanks largely to the fracking boom."
