Cross Creek Ranch Will Be a Blast July 3

July 02, 2015

Area residents will have two opportunities for explosive fun this Fourth of July, starting with the Cross Creek Ranch Stars & Stripes Show Friday, July 3.

Open to the public, the event kicks off at 6 p.m. with a car show, food trucks and games on the big hill at 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane. Live music by Bill Parish begins at 7 p.m. and the City Nights Band will perform at 8 p.m. Shortly after 9:15 p.m., a fireworks display choreographed to patriotic music will light the sky over the Fulshear community.

The public can enjoy more July 4th festivities at the Fulshear Freedom Fest, set for 5:30-9:30 p.m. in downtown Fulshear. Highlights include music by the Highwaymen, a parade, shopping, children’s activities and fireworks.

“Coordinating our Fourth of July celebration with the city’s annual festival gives area residents an opportunity to see fireworks one night and cook out with family and friends the next — or see the big displays both evenings,” said Rob Bamford, general manager of Cross Creek Ranch.
