Darling Homes Offers Its Signature Homes in Six of the Top 20 Master-planned Communities in the United States

Darling Homes’ mission to build high quality homes with superior craftsmanship in the best communities was recently confirmed by the announcement that six of the Houston home builder’s neighborhoods are located in the top 20 best selling master-planned communities in the country.

According to John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Texas saw the highest number of communities included on the list for 2013, with nine properties located in the Houston area.

Darling Homes currently builds in six of those nine communities: Cinco Ranch in Katy, Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, The Woodlands, Riverstone in Missouri City, Aliana in Richmond, Woodforest in Montgomery and Sienna Plantation in Missouri City.

“It’s further confirmation that our homebuyers are selecting the best possible neighborhood to purchase their next Darling Home,” said Shannon Vining, marketing manager for Darling Homes’ Houston division.
