"Citing reasons like an affordable housing market— it's about three times less expensive to own a home in Houston than San Francisco when comparing median incomes and housing prices, Paul said — and high job growth, Houston is poised to continue to be a hub for Millennials nationally.

This is great for local companies because it presents a steady workforce, and the city as a whole because it potentially means more businesses will want to move here.

'Companies want to move to places that have an embedded workforce that can fill jobs they plan to create,' Paul told the HBJ."
