Katy, Fulshear housing submarket popular with buyers

The Houston Chronicle published an article about the growing popularity of Cross Creek Ranch and many other communities in the Katy/Fulshear area. Rob Bamford, the General Manager of Cross Creek Ranch, and Doug Goff, the chief operating officer of Johnson Development Corp., were interviewed about why the community has become such a draw for today's buyers. 

"When it comes to master-planned living, Cross Creek Ranch is the entire package," Goff said.
