Fulshear is flourishing with more home buyers than ever flocking to its winning combination of affordable housing, small-town atmosphere and top-ranked schools.
According to the Greater Houston Partnership, the Fulshear population grew by an astounding 759% between July 1, 2010, and July 1, 2017 making it the fastest growing zip code in the Houston area.
Fulshear’s growth also can be attributed to its Fort Bend County location. An extraordinary place to live, work, raise families and enjoy a superior quality of life, Fort Bend has one of the lowest cost-of-living indexes in the United States, is the regional leader in household income and excels in educational attainment.

An EZ Tag makes a huge difference in drive times. The EZ Tag only toll road, Westpark Tollway, is located approximately six miles from the main entrance of Cross Creek Ranch and will cut many minutes off of your commute to and from the Galleria and Downtown Houston. The Westpark Tollway also gives an alternate route when commuting to other locations in the Houston area.
