Fulshear is flourishing with more home buyers than ever flocking to its winning combination of affordable housing, small-town atmosphere and top-ranked schools.
The number of people living in Fulshear grew by an astounding 1,288% between 2010 and 2020, making it one of the fastest-growing zip codes in the Houston area.
Fulshear’s growth also can be attributed to its Fort Bend County location. An extraordinary place to live, work, raise families and enjoy a superior quality of life, Fort Bend has one of the lowest cost-of-living indexes in the United States, is the regional leader in household income and excels in educational attainment.

Chamber of Commerce
As a good neighbor, Cross Creek Ranch works closely with the Fulshear-Katy Are Chamber of Commerce to forwards its mission of building a community of goodwill and serving the business communities in the Fulshear-Katy area and the Tri-County Region of Fort Bend, Waller and Harris counties.
|Besides supporting the business community, the chamber is the magic behind several of the area's most popular events. The annual Tree Lighting, Fulshear Freedom Fest and the always-fun Scarecrow Fest are all joint efforts between the chamber and the City of Fulshear. These yearly festivities harken to town picnics of yesteryear and are just part of the small-town charm Cross Creek Ranch residents enjoy.
At the epicenter of this phenomenal growth is Cross Creek Ranch, whose residents can enjoy the many sights to see in Katy, Sugar Land and Houston. Whether it’s a museum, historic town or park, you’re never far from fun. Below are just some of the various places to see and experience around your new home.
