2020 Cross Creek Ranch Homeowners Association dues are $1,300 per year. Lakes of Cross Creek Ranch Community Association dues are $2,250 per year. Quail Point Community Association dues are $2,050. Bonterra dues are $2,925 per year. Please note: Association dues are not a tax.
To keep the community beautiful, residents of Cross Creek Ranch are required to pay a 0.25% fee at closing to the Cross Creek Ranch Foundation Committee. Click here to learn more.
