Residents of Cross Creek Ranch belong to the Cross Creek Ranch Community Association, which ensures our community’s beauty, lifestyle and property values are preserved as development continues. C.I.A., Services works closely with residents and the development team to maintain the community to the highest possible standards.

2020 Cross Creek Ranch Homeowners Association dues are $1,300 per year. Lakes of Cross Creek Ranch Community Association dues are $2,250 per year. Quail Point Community Association dues are $2,050. Bonterra dues are $2,925 per year. Bonterra is managed by a separate HOA company, called LEAD. Please note: Association dues are not a tax.
To keep the community beautiful, residents of Cross Creek Ranch are required to pay a 0.25% fee at closing to the Cross Creek Ranch Foundation Committee. Click here to learn more.
