Load Up at Our Fall Community Garage Sale Oct. 13

Our Fall Community Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 7 a.m. to noon, and if you are a garage sale connoisseur, you already know that some of the best bargains can be found right here in Cross Creek Ranch!

Twice a year our residents clear out their storage areas to your benefit. In the past, we’ve had more than 100 households participate, so you should have lots to choose from.

What will you find? A plethora of gently used books, clothes, furniture, toys, electronics, holiday decorations and more. Unlike other communities, our residents don’t set up booths in a central location. You travel from garage sale to garage sale — the way treasure hunting is meant to be. That means you’ll also get a tour of our beautiful community as you move from sale to sale.

Stop by the Welcome Center, 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane, for a map of participating homes. Once you’ve gathered your treasures, why not take a tour of our fabulous model homes or stop by Italian Maid Café for lunch? Get a bargain and a taste of the Cross Creek Ranch lifestyle all at the same time! Happy hunting!
