Shop the Design Center with June Builder Incentives

June 16, 2016

A design center is like a fashion boutique for new homes with gorgeous options around every corner. Those options are within easy reach of homebuyers this summer with a number of builder incentives offering thousands in design center credit.

Both Trendmaker Homes and Partners in Building are celebrating anniversaries this year by gifting customers with opportunities to outfit inventory and luxury homes with the perfect finishing touches.

Trendmaker is celebrating its 45th anniversary with a “Sale-A-Bration” event contributing 4.5 percent toward builder options on completed inventory homes purchased by June 30. Partners in Building is celebrating 30 years of creating unique custom homes with $30,000 to spend at its design center. The offer is good through Aug. 31.

Newmark Homes wants buyers to create their dream kitchen on homes situated on 70-foot properties, with $50,000 to spend at its award-winning center. Buyers can upgrade appliances, counters, cabinets — whatever suits their culinary needs. Purchasers of Newmark Homes on 50-foot homesites can choose from a menu of options that includes $5,000 in design center credit and a variety of free upgrades. Buyers utilizing one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more, with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs. The promotion runs through June 30.

Two builders are offering savings on closing costs — which could translate into more cash to spend on options. Darling Homes will contribute $8,000 toward them, while Highland Homes will pay up to $13,000 when buyers use its approved lenders. Both offers are good through June 30.

Cross Creek Ranch is a Fulshear master-planned community where all amenities come standard with every home purchase. Residents spend the summer sliding down the 140-foot water slide in Adventure Island Waterpark, splashing around at Flewellen Creek Pool, fishing and paddling on the community’s many lakes and enjoying evening walks with the family on scenic trails. Homes are priced from the $200,000s.

Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase, to view them and for more information, visit www.siennaplantation.com/builderincentives.
