The German discount supermarket store, located in the Cross Creek Commons shopping center at 5840 FM 1463 Road, celebrated its grand opening July 6.

Aldi is known for its huge savings, store brands and warehouse-style layout. Unlike other markets that carry about 30,000 items including mostly national brands, the chain keeps a smaller inventory of Aldi brand products on hand. Aldi promises that their brands are of the same or even high quality than the national brands.
