Taylor Morrison Wins Grand Award and More

October 11, 2021

Cross Creek Ranch builder Taylor Morrison had a grand time at the 2021 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards walking away with 19 trophies and the highest honor the Greater Houston Builders Association bestows — the Grand Award for Volume Builder of the Year. It is the second consecutive year that Taylor Morrison has won the Volume Builder of the Year prize.

In addition to the Grand Award, Taylor Morrison swept up 18 awards for product design, merchandising, sales and marketing. The builder also was named as a finalist in 16 categories.

Among the prizes they took home, three were for homes in our active adult resort-style community of Bonterra.

The builder won the award for Best 55+ Product Design under $400,000 for the 1507 floor plan. Designed for easy living, the two-bedroom home features a cozy front porch and covered patio for outdoor entertaining as well as an oversized eat-in kitchen, lush primary suite and flex room. Homebuyers can further tweak the design by extending the primary suite or covered patio and adding sliding glass doors at the kitchen.

A whimsical putting green gracing the backyard of the Evergreen model home earned Taylor Morrison an award for Best Outdoor Living Space under $400,000.

Finally, the beautifully decorated model home showcasing the Ashen floor plan took home the trophy for Best Interior Merchandising under $250,000.

The annual GHBA Houston’s Best PRISM Awards recognize excellence in the Houston homebuilding industry over the past year.

We congratulate Taylor Morrison on their well-deserved honors and invite you to see their award-winning model homes in Cross Creek Ranch today.
